You solely acknowledge and agree that referrals from Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za website are not recommendations nor are they approvals of the services of any Service Provider.

4.4 Yellow house marketing and Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za reserves the right to charge a fee of R 100 per message that violates 4.3

5. Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za website reserves the right to modify or discontinue any current service that Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za website may offer, at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

6.1 Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za website excludes all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits or goodwill, loss of data, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption) in connection with our website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of our website, any website linked to our website or the content of such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses or other harmful programs that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of or browsing our website or your downloading of any material from our website or any websites linked to our website.

Severability

General Provisions:
8. This Agreement can and may be modified at any time by Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za website and the modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the new or revised terms on the Site.

8.1 These Terms of Use are governed and shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and you irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms of Use.

Website design offer for paid advertisers
9.
9.1 Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za will design a new website for every premium listing of 12 months or more. This website design will follow a template design as provided by Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za. The value of this website design is R 3000.00.

9.2 On commencement of the advertising contract, the advertiser shall receive a R 1000 rebate towards the cost of the website design. A R 1000 rebate will be applied with each annual renewal following the initial 12 month period, until three rebates has been earned.

9.3 The website designed in 9.1 shall be hosted by Yellow house marketing on the web server of their choosing.

9.4 Ten email accounts will be available per domain

9.5 Yellow house marketing and Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za will not agree to any ticket updates from www.co.za or any other domain transfers for any websites registered in 9.1 where any monies are still due to Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za or Yellow house marketing.

9.6 At the end of your advertising period with Bloemfonteincontractors.co.za, your website, domain, website hosting and email accounts may be suspended without notice if your advertising contract has not been renewed.
